start at 19.00 and finish at 21.30, with break for refreshments
Guests are welcome at meetings, and are asked to pay a minimum
donation of £3.00.
Outings:
are mainly in the summer; there’s usually an “escape the turkey” trip
around Christmas, and sometimes an Easter day away too.

Members’ Outings Programme 2024
July: Ireland
Trip to the north of Ireland, visiting sites in Ulster and County Donegal
Friday 16 August: Pub evening outing to Knighton
Saturday 12 October: Locomotive Services Ltd, Crewe
Saturday 28 December: the ‘Escape the Turkey’ outing will be to the Llangollen Railway for a
steam-hauled trip on a ‘mince pie’ train, and the visit will include a locomotive depot tour
especially for our group - this outing is now available for bookings. Click here for details
